Sometimes words have two parts of speech. It depends on how they are used.
For homework tonight write two sentences for cry: One sentence where cry is a
noun, another where cry is used as a verb. Do the same for the word "try."
Spelling test for these words is Tuesday, November 17. You will also be
expected to describe the rule for this week's spelling words (-ed and -ing
endings) and identify their parts of speech.
