In literature text, read Oedipus the King (first 20 pages). Due Wednesday, Nov. 18th. Finish reading the play for Friday, Nov. 20th. Review background notes on Greek drama. Once we finish Oedipus, we will begin reading Euripides' Medea in the literature text.
