prepared to continue writing.

Due on Wednesday, 12/23:  Be prepared to finalize your cafeteria menu and 
write your mission statement.

Due on Monday, 12/21:  Be prepared to write a formal essay on the topic of 
Success as evidenced in the "Up From Nowhere" video shown in class.

Due on Thursday, 12/17:  Complete homework sheet on Chapter 5.

Due on Friday, 12/11:  Study for a test on Capitalization Rules and 
Proofreadering.  

Due on Wednesday, 12/9:  Review notes on Chapter 5--The Business Plan.  Study 
notes on capitalization.  Begin to formulate the mission/vision statement for 
your business.

Due on Wednesday, 11/18:  Complete Communications Skills sheet on Simple, 
Compound, and Complex sentences.  Rewrite all Apply sentences.

Due on Monday, 11/16:  Study for a test on Internet terms from handout and 
notebook.  Complete Chapter 3 homework sheet and essays.

Due on Thursday, 11/5:  Study Internet terms.  Review Chapter 3 notes and 
read Chapter 3, Section 2.

Due on Friday, 10/30:  Study Internet terms from handout and notes.

Due on Wednesday, 10/28:  Review all Excel materials for a test on terms.

Due on Monday, 10/26:  Read Entrepreneurship Chapter 3, Section 1.

Due on Thursday, 10/22:  Complete Chapter 2 homework sheet.

Review class handouts on the Word Default screen, research paper format, 
works consulted cited, and business math calculations.

Due on Tuesday, 10/6:

Identify a need in your school or community that might be met by the creation 
of a new business.  Imagine that the business will be opened on Ridge Road at 
the site of Ridge Lumber (across from North Arlington High School).

Write a paragraph that should include:
	An introductory sentence
	Three (3) supporting sentences
	A concluding sentence

Use class handout for a rough draft.  Write the final product on the lined 
paper provided in class.
