Third Grade Ridgeway Elementary School 732-323-0800
My entire life I have wanted to be a teacher. I remember playing school in my basement when I was only five years old-- and now I am living my dream! My goal is to provide a fun and fulfilling education, helping each student to love to learn a little more each day.
My Education
After graduating from Allentown High School in 1997, I went to Richard Stockton College, where I was majoring in Elementary Education and English, with a minor in Dance. After two years, I transfered to Georgian Court University, where I graduated with honors with a double major in Elementary Education and English.
To begin my teaching career, I was a long-term substitute at MTES before I started teaching Kindergarten Project Success in that school. From there I taught character education to schools all over New Jersey from grades Pre-K to 8. All that brought me to my favorite school: Ridgeway. I covered a maternity leave in Kindergarten before coming to third grade in January of 2006. I am still happily teaching third grade, alongside amazing teachers, in an amazing school.
