PARENTS: Please encourage a consistant homework routine with your child. It
is important for him/her to know that homework is an important part of the
day. As a parent, you should help your child by not doing the homework for
them- but by showing them how to do it. Please don't forget to
initial the homework sheet daily upon completion of the assignment. Below
are the daily homework assignments for the week.

REMEMBER TO SHOW ALL WORK
Lesson: Logical Thinking
These are the numbers that Josh B., Yohaira, Tyrin, Elisabeth, and Lucas wore
when they ran in a marathon.
There were 5,500 runners in the marathon, and each wore a different number.
The runners got their numbers in the order that they signed in on the day of
the race. So the first person to sign in got number 1 and the last person to
sign in got number 5,500.
• Of the group of five, Josh B. had the lowest number.
• The digit in the tens place on Elisabeth's shirt is one more than the
digit in the tens place on Josh B.'s shirt.
• Tyrin was the last person to sign in for the race.
• Lucas and Elisabeth were closest to each other in line.
• Yohaira's number is lower than Elisabeth's.
What number did each person wear?
**don't forget to put your answer into a complete sentence!!**
