Can I send in birthday invitations to be distributed in school?

Yes, provided there is an invitation for all students. If you would rather 
invite just a select few please use the phone list to call those parents, or 
hand out the invites on the bus.

Are parents allowed to attend parties?

That depends on the party. Notices will be sent out to let you know if the 
party is a parent participation event or just for the children.

Can youger siblings attend parties?

That depends on the nature of your children. A very active toddler that 
requires constant attention and monitoring may be best left with a 
babysitter. Also consider that I order only enough party projects for the 
members of our class. Additional children may be upset if they can not do 
the project.
