Mon. 11/2 and Tues. 11/3 - We will be finishing up our suspense stories and
listening to an Edgar Allen Poe story this week, as it is shortened periods
and a short week. No homework, and have a great long weekend.
Week of 11/9 - 11/13
Mon. 11/9 - Define and give parts of speech for vocab list #3, quiz Friday
Tues. 11/10 - workbook pp. 5-6, vocab crossword puzzle, review vocab words
for quiz Friday
Wed. 11/11 - workbook p. 7, use each vocabulary word in one sentence each
Thurs. 11/12 - workbook p. 8, study for vocab quiz tomorrow
Fri. 11/13 - No HW, have a good weekend
Literature period 8
Week of 11/2 - 11/6

stories identifying story elements, as this is a short week with short
periods. No homework, and have a great weekend.

Thurs. 11/12 - Making Connections p. 24 # 3,4,5,7; Vocab Study p. 25 ;
Writing Choices “Imagine” and Other Options “Bring out the Artist” p. 25,
quix on "Stop the Sun" tomorrow
Fri. 11/13 - No HW, have a good weekend
