Cycle 2 - Bienvenue à classe de français!

Supplies needed for class:  Notebook or section in your 3 ring binder with 
notebook paper, pen and pencil.

Choose a French first name.  Go to www.About.com, type "French first names" 
in the search bar, then click on French Baby Names/French First Names -
boy or girl.  If you turn your speaker on, you can hear the name as you click 
it!



11/9/2009 - Study for Test #2 on Tuesday, 11/10/2009 - use your Study
            Guide. Prepare dialogue skit with puppets for presentation on 
            Wednesday - Quiz grade.

11/2/2009 - Know how to say and spell colors.  Begin to review for final test 
            next week.

10/26/2009 - Study how to say and spell, "Quelle heure est-il?" and time 
expressions du matin, de l'après-midi.
           - Open notes QUIZ, Thursday, 10/29,2009
           - Practice repeating alphabet letters and hand/arm movements for  
             spelling marks
           - Practice repeating the colors in French and study the spellings.

10/20/2009 - Return signed Test #1
           - Practice repeating alphabet letters at home
           - Bring in color bag by Friday

10/13/2009 - Study for Test #1 on Monday 10/19/2009.  It will include all 
information presented since the start of the cycle. 

10/5/2009 - Know numbers from 0-59.  Practice telling time.

9/30/2009 - Study spellings and practice repeating French numbers 13 - 20. 
Quiz next week.

9/21/2009 - Study spellings of French numbers 0 - 12 for quiz.  
Organize notebook - open notebook quiz this week.
