Yes, there is homework every night except Friday! A homework sheet is sent on Monday with all the HW listed as well as spelling words, reading lists and our new theme poem. Also any new info about the week ahead.Back to Top

Who has HW on Friday?
If we have had any tests thenthey have to be shown to your parents, signed and returned to school. Sometimes bigger projects are sent on Thursday and due Monday. Words that were wrong on the Spelling Test are now done correctly 3x each on the back of the test.Back to Top

When do I need my sneakers?
First Graders have gym class on Wednesday and Friday. Kindergarten is not scheduled for gym.Back to Top

Can I bring toys to school?
Toys can only come in on Show and Tell day. Show and Tell will begin with any favorite toy the first week. Then it will be very specfic. It could be something that begins with a sound we are learning or a theme we are studying. Watch the HW sheets for directions. All students really enjoy this time to shine in front of their peers. Unfortunatly last year Show and Tell was discontinued because so few brought in the needed items.Back to Top
