1.  I will always have a grown-up help me when I am going on the Internet.

2.  I will talk with my parents so that we can set up rules for going online.

3.  I will not give out my name, home address, telephone number or school information

     on the Internet.

4.  I will tell my parents right away if I see or read anything that makes me worried or scared.

5.  I will never write to someone I meet online without checking with my parents first.

6.  I will never send someone my picture without the permission of my parents.

7.  I will remember that people online may not be who they say they are.

8.  I will not give out my Internet password to anyone (even my best friends) other

     than my parents.

9.  I will check with my parents before downloading or installing software or doing anything

     that could possibly hurt our computer.

10. I will be a good online citizen and not do anything that hurts other people or that is

      against the law.
