Mrs. Pressey graduated with a Masters of Library Science from Rutgers. She
has been working in Sayreville for fourteen years. Mrs. Pressey started at
Sayreville War Memorial High School in 1995 and transfered to Truman School
in 2000. She has two sons; one is twenty one, and the other is twenty seven.
Jacob, the eldest, lives in New Jersey and is a realtor for Ward Wight
Sotheby's in Belmar, NJ. Casey, the youngest, is a senior at Mt. Ida College
in Newton, Massachusetts. Her husband Mike is active duty military, currently
stationed at Fort Irwin, California. He is being deployed to Kuwait in
February of 2010. She spends a lot of time with her two dogs, a cocker
spaniel named Bungee and a Welsh Terrier named Annie. Mrs. Pressey loves
cooking, gardening and READING.
The Truman school library is dedicated to the encouragement of a life-long
love of reading for Truman students. The library and Mrs. Pressey hope that
students find the library a lively and enjoyable place to visit and learn.
