Homework is given to reinforce skills that are being taught in class. It is important that your child complete their homework each night and it be returned to school the next day signed. It is important that their homework be checked and fixed prior to returning it to school. Written homework will be given Monday through Thursday nights. Each weekend math flash cards, reading flash cards, and spelling words should be reviewed. It is also helpful to practice spelling and reading notebooks over the weekend.
