take, please send the complete original package (minus the class photo) to
school on Monday, 11/30.
If your child was absent on picture day and you would like to have their
photo taken but need a new order form, please e-mail the PTO at
SUESPTO@yahoo.com NO LATER THAN Tuesday, 11/24. A new order form will be
sent home with your child. If you have the original form, you may use that
and do not need to request a new one.
If you are looking to order additional copies, please use the re-order form
that is enclosed with your portrait package.*
