 Dear Students and Parents,
      Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year.  We certainly hope you enjoyed 
your summer.
      Our physical education program allows all students to particitpate and 
succeed at their own level.  Students are provided with a basic 
understanding of their bodies so they have insight into their own growth and 
maturation.

Think of all the activities and instruction that make up our program!
For example:  1. Aerobic exercises designed to improve cardiovascular fitness.
              2. Exercises designed to improve strength and flexibility.
              3. Sports, games, dancing and other activities that teach
coordination and motor skills.
              4. Instruction in how physical activity can improve children's 
personal health and well-being.

We hope you will work to improve your motor and sport skills.

Enjoy using your skills and knowledge to your advantage and establish a 
healthy lifestyle!
