What are my responsibilities if I go on a field trip or take a music lesson?

If you choose to participate in a school-sponsored field trip or music
lesson, I (we) must be notified well in advance. You are responsible for all
work covered during your absence. Any assignments due the day of the trip or
lesson must be handed in before leaving. A trip or lesson is not an excuse
to submit work late.
