MAJOR ASSIGNMENTS: 1. FINAL Draft of your Interview Essay will be
due on Monday, October 19.
(Your first draft must be submitted with your
final draft.
2. Journal Entries on the following topic are due
this Thursday, October 15:
Topic: Five to Ten Things I Want to Do Before
I. . . .
Remember: Journal Entries must be at least one
side of the page in length; you must write on every
line. Content, Structure, Grammar, Expression, and
Neatness will all count toward your grade.
3. Test on adjective and adverb clauses will be
announced this week, as well as on TRO's, and
punctuation: italics, quotation marks, etc.
DAILY ASSIGNMENTS: Check each day!
Monday: Study notes on clauses (adjective and adverb); review relative
pronouns, relative adverbs, and subordinate conjunctions.
Begin work on your journal entries due this Thursday, Oct. 15.
