Band:

• The CJMEA Band Festival at Millstone Middle School has been changed to Wednesday, April 14, 2009 from Thursday, April 22, 2009. More details concerning the festival will be posted closer to the date.
• On Wednesday, October 28 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM, a “Get Acquainted” rehearsal will be held for all Advanced and Beginner band members, marking the first after school rehearsal for the beginner band. The bands will be officially combined in January after the Winter Concert to work on the Spring Concert program.
• Beginning Monday November 2, after school rehearsals will be for all Advanced and Beginner band members from 2:00 – 3:00 PM.
• No band rehearsal on Tuesday November 3, 2009 due to voting in the Kelly Gym.
• No band rehearsal on Wednesday, November 25, 2009. Happy Thanksgiving!
• No band rehearsal on Tuesday, December 1st so the Chorus can practice for the Brunswick Square Mall.
• After the Winter Concert, there will be no band rehearsals in December. Band rehearsals will resume on Monday, January 4, 2010. 

Chorus:

• Chorus permission slips and forms for the Brunswick Square Mall (available in Chorus Notices) are due November 17, 2009.
• No rehearsal on Thursday November 12 due to parent/teacher conferences.
• There will be a special rehearsal on Tuesday December 1, 2009 for the Winter Concert which is the same day as the performance at the Brunswick Square Mall.
