This week in the Computer Lab students in Grades K-5 will be
working in online sites with a distinct Christmas theme. They will be
working with graphics and other visual activities that reinforce basic
computer skills and allow them to express their creativity with the use of
technology.
Grades 6, at Mrs. Laudicina's request, will be working on a Language
Arts assignment in Writing Roadmap. Grades 7 & 8 will be starting a Power
Point/Language Arts project. We will be researching various slogans/jingles
and creating our own to advertise St. Bartholomew School. Hard copies of
these slides will be displayed around the school during Catholic Schools
Week.
On Wednesday we will have our tradtional school Christmas Mass led by
the second grade. This is such a beautiful event every year! I hope that
many of you will be able to experience it.
I look forward to seeing those parents/guardians who are joining us for
the Parent Christmas Social after Mass.
