Dear Parents,
I hope your Thanksgiving holiday was great with good food, good family,
and good friends. Mine was busy but great to be at home with the family.
This week we will concentrate on rhyming words and start our Christmas
season by talking about Christmas trees. We make an angel Christmas tree by
tracing and cutting our hands and then putting them together with Mrs.
Chioffe's classes. More information will come home about our angel tree.
We will be doing many projects for Christmas, some will hang in our
kindergarten wing, others will be kept as Christmas gifts to you and still
others will be sent home.
I will also intermittently send home some homework. Be on the lookout
for our annual Gingerbread Man homework. This project is for you to help
with but it is the children's project. Also I am hoping that all of you have
seen our annual gingerbread house memo. The children will be needing extra
help on our gingerbread house day. I would have to say that we almost always
have 100% participation from some family member/special friend.
We are in need of more hand sanitizer if anyone thinks of it when they
are at the store.
