About The Teacher
Just a little about myself... I grew up in northern Virginia and went to Penn State for my undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies. After graduating, I went to work at Cairo American College (an American K-12 school in Cairo, Egypt). I worked a year there then decided to return to Virginia to work towards my graduate degree in education at George Mason University. I moved to New Jersey and have taught at Terrill Middle School for the past 4 years.

Mission
My mission for the class is to encourage every student to love learning and to question everything. My hope is that you will see how exciting history is and how the stories can be especially interesting. We'll read about differing perspectives and analyze differing interpretations of history. Be ready for some fun!
