READING: 
*WORDLY WISE packet: complete pg.4; #1-10
*RED WORD QUIZ Friday ~ start studying!
*Work on WORD STUDY sheets for MP 2 (focus on unfamiliar words that you come
across in your independent or textbook reading materials). Also, jot on a
post-it note every time you use, see,or hear this word. Please keep these
sheets in your WORD STUDY pocket folder.
*Bring your independent reading book to class daily AND using
"THINK-ALOUD" strategies, jot post-it notes during your independent reading. 
**Don't forget to log your reading at least 4-5 times a week (for a minimum of
25-35 mins. or more each time)! Logs will be checked every FRIDAY!

TEAM-TAUGHT ENGLISH CLASS w/MR. LARSEN
*Final draft (typed and doubled-spaced) of theme essay due on FRIDAY!!
*Continue w/entries in RVN; check will be next Tues. 12/8 entries #16-20.
Try to make several entries a day! (REMINDER: 90 entries by the end of the
marking period will yield you an "A+"for your RVN grade!!! :)
