How do I check out books?
* Bring your books to the circulation desk and be prepared to give your last name.
* Fiction and nonfiction books may be checked out for a period of two weeks. If you need to renew
your book you may do so for an additional two weeks.
* Magazines may also be checked out, but read quickly, they are due back the next day.
* Reference books may be checked out overnight.
* Books on tape, Book Bundles, or Playaways may be checked out for two weeks. Please bring back
all tapes and try to remember to rewind!
* Videos/DVDs are available only for classroom checkout by teachers.
* Can't find what you need? We keep a wish list and will order books that are appropriate and that
will appeal to many students.
* Is the book you want checked out? We can put a hold on it for you. See us at the circulation desk.
* Overdue notices are sent out once a month. Be considerate and return materials on time so that
others may enjoy them. You may not be able to check out any new materials until your record has
been cleared.
