"Check with three, then with me."
There may be times you struggle with a homework problem or two, maybe even an
entire page! That's okay, I'm here to help you, but I expect that you'll try
to help yourself also. Remember to "check with three, then with me!"
1) Check your STUDENT REFERENCE BOOK... look the topic up in the index, and
try the "Check Your Understanding" problems. The answers are even listed at
the back of the SRB.
2) Check your MATH JOURNAL... flip back to previous pages. Chances are we
have done similar problems before, especially if it's a Math Box you have a
question about.
3) Check your MATH BINDER... there are definitely notes and examples in there
to help you! All of our handouts are carefully selected study tools that you
should refer back to whenever needed.
If you are still having some trouble, please come see me. We can meet before
or after school, as long as you check with me first to make sure that I am
free when you would like to come in.
