What do I do if my child is going to be absent?

Call the attendance hotline. 390-1242 and listen to the prompt for absentees.

Is there a procedure for parent pick-up?

You must send a note with your child that gets sent to the office. The note must include the teacher's 
name and your child's full name. If you are picking up your child on several days you must send a note 
for each day. If your child is parent pick up for a very long stretch of time, you may send one note.
