What should I do if I want to pick up absentee work?

If you requesting homework for that day, leave a request on the
attendance hotline. Let them know if you are picking it up or
want it sent home with another child. If you are picking it up,
it will be in the front office at dismissal. If you would like
another child to come home with the work, indicate the child's
name and teacher on the machine.

What should I do if my child forgets the assignment book?

It's always a good idea to gather a few phone numbers of students
in the class so that you can call if the occasion should occur.
But keep in mind that fourth grade is about being responsible.

How do I request work for a family vacation?

Please make a formal request at least a week in advance and
indicate the dates your child will be missing. I will make sure
that the work is sent home within two days prior to thevacation.
Therefore, I am asking that the work be completed upon your
return.
