My mission is to demonstrate that each student can become an example of
what a human being, at his best, can be and do. I will do this daily by
taking every opportunity to teach, practice, and require self-discipline,
right human relations, and right speech (Is it true? Is it necessary? Is it
kind?); hence, I will be fostering an atmosphere which produces self-respect
and accountability. Additionally, I will fully employ my enthusiasm and
creativity to guide my students toward a love of learning and the recognition
that a solid, yet innovative and inclusive, classical education is something
that no one can ever take away from them. Language Arts is my chosen vehicle
for this.
