How do I know what the homework is? Check this website daily. How do I know when tests and quizzes are? Check this website in the homework section. How do I know if my child did their homework? Check PowerSchool daily. How can I help my child with homework? Just ask them to explain what they did in class. Homework is based on effort not accuracy. Sign the assignment to prove that they did try the work. What does Mrs. Landset like most about her job? The kids! Upper Township has the best behaved, nicest kids! Are there ever any extra credit projects available? In Algebra, the extra credit project can be found at the beginning of each chapter. In 8th grade math there isn't any extra credit. For all students, 2 extra points will be added to a quiz or test grade if they correct and have the assessment signed. Is it possible to have a copy of the textbook at home? Yes, I have enough Algebra textbooks to have the students share them in class. For 8th grade math, I have enough red Pre-Algebra textbooks to use during class time. The small booklets for Connected Math should be kept in their 3 ring binder. What can I do if my child doesn't have enough math homework to do at home? Putting a Graph into Power Point Enter the table into Excel. Highlight your results and click �Charts� near the top. Choose whichever chart type you want (line). Once you see the graph, hold control and click in the chart area. Choose �Save as Picture�� and title the graph and save it in a folder that you will remember. Open PowerPoint and your slideshow.
