ZO-(n.)- Zach's nickname made up by a kid about 6 years ago that is now a senior in high school

zimmerman-(n.) a name you call a person, made up by Zach and his friend Chris.

yous-(pl. n.) a word used when addressing more than one person. Used by Josh's parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandmother quite frequently. (My family uses it too, it's very 'South Jersey', MzA!)

WTFP-(n.)texting for 'what the flippin' pancakes' made up by Parker to replace the inappropriate WTF.

Woohoo!-(n.) exclamation to show excitement or happiness said by Tyde's family (and my family too!)

widget-(n.)mix of 'witch' and 'idget' (idiot). Derived when Parker's uncle and aunt called Parker's mom a 'widget' after thinking she was both a witch and idget

whiner hiner-(n.)- a grumbling, complaining person. Originated from the Greek name HELENE after hours of a young lady complaining about EVERYTHING.

weinward-(n.)-bright light. Connie created this from the anagram of the word windware which she saw it in a magazine.

wazzup-(n.)- a question you ask when you want to know how someone is doing. Originated from 'What's up?'. Leah often uses this phrase with her family to see how everyone's day has been.

UT six hinge-(n.)- an anagram for 'extinguish'- to put out. Originated from Ms. Abel's ALA class.

unniftifiable- (adj.) Someone/something that, at the time, is not nifty and is never able to be niftified. (See derivation of niftification.)

uey-(n.)- a u-turn. Said by Leah's dad when he had to make a u-turn.

ub- (n) another word for a U-turn or uey. Though its origin is unknown, Carolyn first heard it when her mom said that she had to make a ub to turn her car around.

trobo men-(pl.n)- a group of people living anywhere in the world who play a certain instrument with a slide and mouth piece that is made of brass. Originated from the word 'trombone' a brass instrument with a mouth piece and a slide, just like in the definition

thy a bird-(n.) an anagram from the word 'birthday', the day you were born. This word came about when Mina was experiencing extreme desperation of needing a word to enter in this dictionary.

The ZIT-(n.) Josh Olandt, Zimmerman-In-Training as said by Ryan Casey and Josh.

The Skismo-(n.) nickname of Mr. Skiscim. Derived from his last name and adding an 'O'.

sup?-(question/n.) short for 'What's up?'

staly-upp-(n.) 1. the way a platypus walks. 2. A style of walking like or of a platypus. Anagram that derived from the English word 'platypus'.

squish-the-bug-(n.)- to pivit your foot and to rotate your hips as you swing the bat in baseball so that the hitter can drive through the ball

sqidaphoveeabia(n.) the fear of squids and strange words...(strange!)

spinch-(v.) stealing in a petty sort of way. Came about from combining the English words 'pinch' and 'steal' that Jack's dad and his friends created when they were younger.

Scooter Pie-(n.) nickname said by Tyde's mom to his baby brother when he's being especially cute (ahh;).

scientificaltastic- (adj.) A word used to describe something that is science-related and fantastic. Originated in science class when Renata, Carolyn, + JJ were thinking of new words to say that sounded funny

scientificalness-(n.) to be scientifical, originated when Carolyn and Renata were bored in science and came up with strange words.

Rucky Rore-(n.)-a nickname made up for Parker's Aunt Laurie when his Uncle Fred was unable to pronounce his r's as a youngster while trying to say "Lucky Lore" to Parker's aunt when she had recieved some Christmas novelty treats

pula-(n.)a cold dessert, Created by Mina's father when he decided it would be an appropriate name for a cold dessert.

printahaita(n.) someone who hates printers (thinks the one who loves ferrets ;)

peratemap-(n.)- black pen. Taken from the anagram for the brand name of the pen that Connie created this word with.

peasley-(adj.) of little or no importance; miniscule. Very similar to the English word measley. Peasley was created when Jack's parents' friends saw a 'peasley'-looking lake as they were driving to Jack's house.

panlet-(n.)- when something seems to take longer than it really does, an anagram from the word planet.

paled pros-(adj./n.)- an anagram for 'prolapsed'-slipping or hanging out of place. Originated from Ms. Abel's ALA class.

ouchie wa-wa-(n.) an expression said by Tyde's mom to babies and young children whey they develop an injury such as a cut or bruise.

oogablige-(n.)-random nonsense word that means whatever the user of the word wants it to mean. This word was derived from the senseless imagination of Jack's Uncle Dennis. It has absolutely no roots in English (hmm...but doesn't your uncle speak English?), and was made up from sheer "brain power".

omesib-(v.) eating a burrito. An anagram for biomes.

OK-(adj.) okay, alright. Originated from Josh Tibbits (how do you know that?)

nobadoogaryas-(n.)- barefoot. Origin...(see derivation of 'brackendiggleboes')

niftiliciousness-(n.)the state when or the point at which someone/something reaches the status of being niftilicious. Naturallly this niftilicious word was created by the No D'air City Caretaker (MzA) upon having read Jack's creations for the word nifty.

niftilicious- (adj.) Something/something that is so nifty that it cannot be described simply as nifty, but needs to bedescribed as something greater. (See derivation of niftification.)

niftify-(v.)To take something that is not nifty and make itnifty. (See derivation of niftification.)

niftification-(n.) The process by which someone/something becomes nifty. Came about when Jack was trying to come up withother ways to use the word nifty

niftifiable-(adj.) Something/someone that, at the time, is not nifty, but is able to be niftified. (see derivation of
niftification.)

Mrs. Oie-(n.)- a made-up name for a very strict sixth grade teacher who, according to Parker, isn't known for her sweetheartedness. This name came about when Parker needed to use this teacher's name in a story, but couldn't use her real name. (oie=French for 'goose')

Mr. Dr. Professor Keith Thomas Bopf Sr. Jr.III 1/2 -(n.)- Created when Parker was watching "Spongebob Squarepants" and was tying to come- up with a nickname for his best friend Buddy. When he heard Patrick call himself Mr. Dr. Professor Patrick, Parker had been inspired and so Mr. Dr Professor Keith Thomas Bopf Sr. Jr. III 1/2 came about.

mesotonichydrocrelicate- (n.)-the middle of a typhoon. “meso”=middle, “hydro”=water, and the rest came randomly just as a typhoon seems to.

MEELATSAT-(n.)-the first 9 letters of 9 different vocabulary words that Miss Abel arranged in a memory stick. Parker (and a long list of others...) decided to use the acronym to mean Santa Claus for he feels it truly means Santa Claus...?

methacatsaeesamyuperdoobadeekaoisha(n.) a strange, infectious disease when you have an annoying cat on your lap while typing which came about while sitting here...bored...on the computer...by Renata.

medahoonies-(n.) knee high socks. Origin...(see derivation under 'brackendiggleboes')

Martathee(n.) the tooth fairy as said by Renata

looling- (adj./v)- paranoid and unrelaxed. Originated from the word lolling when Sarah just added an extra O while dropping an L and made the word mean the opposite.

leetledoodle-(v.)- to disagree. The opposite of 'lattledoodle' as created by Leah and Hannah.

Leany beany- (n.)- a synonym for a TV obsessed teenager, aka Helene Marie Cecelia Previti (sister of Carolyn). Originated after this earthling complained about not having a decent nickname.

lattledoodle-(v.)- to agree with someone or something. Originated when Leah and Hannah were blabbing out words and suddenly said 'lattledoodle' and because to them it was such a cool, they thought it deserved a definition.

Kunoichi Trio-(n.)- the name given to Evangeline's small group of friends meaning ' female ninja' borrowed from the anime series Naruto.

Kornberger-(n.)- a nickname for a person with the last name, Kornberg. Came about when Mr. Skiscim called Leah Kornberg a Kornberger in band on 11/06/07.

Konohagakure-(n.) Japanese for "village of the leaf" derived from the anime television series/books Naruto of which Evangeline and her friends are obsessive fans. It is one of the hidden villages and has a Ninja academy.

Knockout Olandt-(n.)nickname of Kevyn Olandt, related to Josh, which came from his initials and the abbreviation for knockout, K.O.

kachoe- (n.)-(see kachiga) response to the exclamation 'kachiga' as said by Parker and his buddy, Buddy. Borrowed from the movie Cars.

kachiga-(n.)- borrowed from the movie Cars, said by Parker and his best friend, Buddy as an exclamation where it's shouted during such ventures as Hide n' Seek or in simply showing off, 'kachoe' is the response. Used similarly to how the phrase Marco Polo is used.

Kaneesi- (n.)- the name two little girls wished for their unborn baby sister-on-the-way. Derived from Mr. and Mrs. Previti who were expecting and asked their daughters for name suggestions.

Joshica(n.) nickname given to Josh by Parker.

JO-(n.) nickname used for Josh Olandt. Derived from his initials and the first two letters of his first name.

Jaxlatto-(n.) a latte contaminated with cat fur. Came about when Renata's kitten, Jax, got fur in her dad's coffee.

jamser (n.) a nickname for someone named James.

igachuke -(adj.)- something or someone that is awesome. Originated from Marissa’s father who would just say anything at anytime. Ex. While playing football, he’d exclaim “This is so igachuke!”

I am Cobe-(n.)- an anagram for the word 'amoebic' meaning of or like an omoeba, a one-celled, blob shaped organism.

hubba bubba-(n.)-a nickname for a teenage boy. Came from the name Leah's mom created for her 18 year-old brother Andrew, 'hubba bubba'.

hava-(adj.)-hot and like lava. Originated when a mom drank a very hot cup of coffee and exclaimed "Hava!"

gubermyer-(n.)- a funny name for a person. Derived from a funny last name of a woman on a TV show.

gulie- (n.)- a nonsense word which changes meaning each time it is used. Its meaning is dependant on the user. Came about when a young girl asked her mother to help her think of a nonsense word for Miss Abel’s assignment.

funsucker-(n.)- a person or thing that is no fun. Donated by Josh from its usage of several of his classmates.

Foofy Carl-(n.)a nickname made up for Parker's uncle from when his uncle was once in church and was asked his name by a little, old lady. It is not known exactly why, but he responded 'Foofy Carl'.

Eckalmene-(n.)- a humorous way to say the last name “Eshelman” created by one of Marissa’s cousins when none of them could pronounce her last name correctly.

dupe-mad-rows-had-resnaps(pl.n)- anagram derived from the English phrase "made-up words and phrases". Was part of Ms. Abel's ALA homework on November 6, 2007.

duh-(n.) evokes one being dumb or unintelligent, no-brainer. Tyde uses this expression in his family to express as much.

duba-duba-(n) a word that Tyde's sister says when she has nothing better to do.

dracran-(n.) the name given to oragami flapping birds Josh has at his house. This came to be by combining dragon and crane.

dinka-(n.)an idiot. Came about when Corinne's grandma got irritated at her husband, Corinne's grandpa. Her grandma got so angry that she just said any old word which turned out to be 'dinka'.

desalpet-(n.)- someone who takes too long to do something easy. Anagram from the word pedestal, yet given a different definition.

crumbin-(v.)when one leaves crumbs where they've eaten. Began when Corinne's grandma saw crumbs at Corinne's dad's placemat as a young boy and yelled "Why are you crumbin?"

creepo-(n.)-a boy who is a creep. Originated when a chubby, eighth grader walked too close to Connie and Renata.

Corinthian-(n.)a nickname for Corinne. Came about in CCD when Zach and Kevin noticed that the name 'Corinthian' looked and sounded similar to Corinne. Now they call Corinne, Corinthian.

cokacheego- (n).- a loud, obnoxious person. Came about by Sarah laughing and joking around with a girl in her language arts class (OH REALLY!) .

chizard-(adj.)cool. Its origins stem from a spontanious moment when for Mina, 'cool' just wasn't enough.

cheesenoodle-(n.) what you call a person who eats a lot of cheesedoodles. Derived from a time when Corinne was sitting at lunch eating cheesedoodles and Chris came over and called her cheesenoodle for having eaten so many cheesdoodles.

cha -(n.)- 'yeah' to something awesome. Originated in fifth grade by Zach Fumo, Kevin Birk, Jack Kane, Sam Polumbo and Stephen Pashuck.

buzz butts -(n). socks that go above your thigh. Origin...( see derivation of 'brackendiggleboes.')

bubbleuppalychew- (n.)- what is expressed when one is sad. Said by Marissa’s mom to her or her brother to cheer them up when they aren’t feeling so happy.

brachendiggleboes-(n.) a pair of ankle socks. Derived from Hannah and her three friends when they would race each other to put on their seatbelts and then one would have to say what kind of socks they were wearing, where the first to name their socks was the winner.

blobagong-(adj.)- something that is stupid. Made up one day while Marissa was bored typing.

Ben's stair- an anagram for the word 'banisters' offered by Evangeline due to her opinion that it makes sense because a banister is a railing on a staircase.

baka-(n.) Japanese word meaning 'stupid' or 'idiot'.

azerg-(n.)-something that should be, but isn’t. An anagram of the word graze.

Aunt Gelt-(n.)- anagram created from the word ‘gauntlet. This phrase means an ordeal or horrible punishment. Originated from Miss Abel’s creative (thanks Carolyn ;) mind in hopes of straining her class’s mind (well...).

antulatra-(n.)- the act of clouds blocking out the sun. Anagram from tarantula which had been on MzA’s board as “Tarantula Tuesday!”

agizaram-(n.)shortened form of "I can sleep when I die" (?) as said when Mina's grandmother got tired of saying that particular sentence over and over.

adontions- (pl.n)- losses. Anagram from donations meaning the exact opposite.

ad- (n) another word for upset or angry ('mad missing the 'm'). Originated when Carolyn tried to tell Renata that she was mad but it came out as "I'm ad."

absouleate-(adj.)something that is absolute and obsolete at the same time as stated by Josh.

aronaphobia(n.) the fear of people named Aaron
