Do we have preschool on days when we have a delayed opening?

In the event of a delayed opening the superintendent will make the decision about the AM session of
preschool attending. He will give this message as part of his Global Connect message. On these days
the PM session will meet.

Is my child allowed to bring toys to school?

We would prefer for all toys from home to stay at home. When children bring things from home it often
becomes very distracting to the other students.

When do speech, OT and PT services begin and end for the year? and why

All related services are scheduled to begin on October 1st and end on June 1st. The reasoning
behind this is because the therapists tend to work with many children throughout the district so
they need
time
for testing and writing the many reports that are done at the beginning and end of the school year.
These people also need to be present at all of the end of the year IEP meetings that are held for their
students to answer questions for parents.
