Homework Packets will continue to come home every Monday and will be collected every Friday.
**If more time is needed to complete, please let Mrs.Keenan know and you can keep your packet.**
Please take note that each child has a different story of the week for homework.
The story title will not be listed on the Newsletter, so please be sure to take note of the story that is
attached to the Homework Packet.
The instructions for the story will be on the Newsletter.
Homework Helpers:
Thank you for continuing to help your first grader with their Homework Packets.
Your involvement is vital to their success with this piece of their learning process.
This time needs to be relaxed and calm. If you do not have time to finish due to family obligations, do
not worry about finishing by Friday.
Rushing through the work just to get it in on time does not set the best example for taking pride in
work.
The most important concept of the Homework Packet is to practice skills.
Please know your time and patience with this beginning skill is appreciated and helpful to your child.
