Attention Students - Due to emergency repairs the girls’ and boys’ bathrooms will be closed across
from Rm. 18 in the upper hallway.
Band Lessons - Reminder that today's lessons have been rescheduled for later this week. Please
check your revised schedule.
Choirs - All sopranos in both choirs, EXCEPT 7TH GRADERS WHO WILL BE GOING TO THE FROST
VALLEY MEETING, will rehearse during period 8 in room 15.
Show Choir - Reminder that there will be a full member rehearsal after school on Thursday from
2:45-3:30 pm. Selected soloists will then rehearse after the meeting in the cafe.
Cooking Club - will begin next week. Pick up a permission slip on the club bulletin board. If you
enjoy eating, this is the club for you!
Basketball - The basketball game originally scheduled for today has been rescheduled for later this
month. There is no game today.
Battle of the Books Club – will meet in the library after school on Wednesday, Jan. 6th, until 3:15 P.M.
Yearbook Club Members - Assistance is needed this Thursday until 4:00 p.m. in Room 207. Please
join us to help prepare for the upcoming deadline. Permission slips are on the club bulletin board or
a note from home allowing you to stay is fine too.
Attention Student Council Executive Board - There is a mandatory meeting in the library during
homeroom on Thursday. Please check in with your homeroom teacher then report to the library.
Frost Valley Meeting - We will be having a Frost Valley meeting during Per. 8 today with all 7th
graders. Students will report to their 8th period classes and be called to the stage side. Students
will be dismissed back to period 8 to get their books etc.
Boy’s Basketball - Boys basketball team will practice today until 4 pm.
Attention 8th Grade Students – Please remind your parents or guardians that representatives from
the Ramapo Indian Hills High School will be presenting an informational program on freshman
registration and course scheduling this Wednesday evening, January 6th, from 6:30-7:30 in the VMS
Cafetorium.
Attention All Students Interested in Student Council Cabinet Positions – There will be a meeting this
Thursday immediately after school in Room 311. Please see Ms. Iannella ASAP if you have any
questions about these cabinet positions.
Girls’ Basketball - The girls' basketball team will practice Wednesday until 4:30. Our next game is
home this Thursday against Ringwood.
S & O Club – will take place today and Thursday in room 301 until 3:30
Homework Hall – will take place today and Wednesday in room 14 until 3:30
Drama Club - will hold auditions today on stage until 4:15.
