The word wall consists of high frequency words that many students can read
but cannot spell the same words correctly when writing. We practice these
words every day in class and your child should practice them at home each
night as part of their homework time. Students are required to spell these
words correctly. There is a cumulative test at the end of each week.
Students should use their word wall list to ensure the correct spelling of
these words and many others.
Please remind your child to proofread their work and correct the spelling of
these words.
