The students in all three grades will be watching a special Power Point
presentation at the end of November or early December, that will highlight
many of the new books and a few old favorites. While viewing the presentation
students will get to see some of what the library has to offer and the
opportunity to write down titles they would like to checkout or place on
reserve.
Students in all three grades will enjoy singing silly songs before hearing
holiday stories during library class.
Fourth and fifth graders will continue learning how to search and read the
search results in the new online catalog.
At the end of the month, third grade will be reviewing the parts of a
nonfiction book (tile page, copyright, author, table of contents, spine,
index, glossary, etc.) by playing Simon Says.
