7th Grade
Monday the students will work on two Open Ended Questions. Lots of legs and
Capri Pizzia. Capri pizzia ihas to find common multiples and Lost of legs the
students will figure out how many chickens and pigs and how many heads and
feet. Tuesday the students will work on coordinate plane and plot points and
find out the Thanksgiving picture. Wednesday we will work on study Island in
the computer lab.
8th Grade
Monday the students will present thier poster about thier road trip. They
will talk about where they went, how much money they sent and attractions
they stopped at. Tuesday the students will work on coordinate plane and plot
points and find out the Thanksgiving picture. Wednesday we will work on study
Island in the computer lab.

7th Grade
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the stusdents work with fraction
blocks. They will lkearn what each shape represents. The students will model
addition, and subtraction problems with the blocks. Tuesday the students
will work on Study Island on the computer They will complete lessons 2d
Fractions, decimals and percrnts, 2c Compute solutions and 2f Expomnents.
8th Grade
Monday and Wednesday the students will work on time. They will have a
woeksheet dealing with flight arrival and departures. They will learn each of
the times zones and the difference. Tuesday and Thursday the students are in
the computer lab. One day is working on study Island lessons 2g Irrational
Numbers, 2h Compute solutions and 2i Orders of operation. The other day the
students will work on an excel spreadsheet. They will put in items an amount
and how many. They will use a formula to calculate the amnount and quantity.
They will also sort the items in alphagbetical order. Friday the students
will work on word problems from the GEPA prep book.
