December 7, 2009 7th Grade Monday the students will make up 3 fraction words after they complete a fraction word worksheet. Tuesday they will work on a budget for a restuarant. they will need to select from the menu and stay within a price range. Wednesday is a fraction pattern block test. Thursday the students will work with terminal and repeating decimals. Friday the students work on a worksheet which they will write algebriac expressions. 8th Grade Monday the students will make up 3 fraction words after they complete a fraction word worksheet. Tuesday, the students will be the computer lab on Study Island 2j Real World problems and 2k Estimate Solutions. Wednesday the students will model frations using fraction pattern blocks. Thursday the students work in the GEPA prep book on orders of Operations. Friday the students work on a worksheet which they will write algebriac expressions. December 14, 2009 7th Grade The students will work on Question Quest on Monday and Tuesday. They will solve an Open Ended Question from a GEPA Test. Once we go over the answer,the studnts will then evaluate GEPA solutions. They will comment on what is incorrect and what can be approved upon. Wednesday the students will work on an Open Ended Fraction Question. Thursday is Study Island lessons, 2g Order of Operations, 2h Estimate Solutions and 2i Real World Problems. Friday we play fraction bingo. 8th Grade Monday the students will work on an Open Ended Fraction Question. Tueday the students will work on an Open Ended Question Something Fishy. and Start on a Question Quest Worksheet about a discount on a TV. Wednesday the students will complete the QQ worksheet and work on evaluating GEPA solutions. Thursday the students work on Study Island. 3a Angles , lines and planes and 3b Pythagorean Theorem. Friday we will complete the GEPA solutions and play Fraction Bingo. December 21, 2009 Monday the students will plot points on a creasen plane to make a picture. On Tuesday they will complete the plotting of points and find gifts in magazines that add up to $50 dollars without going over. Wednesday the studnts will work on a couple of holiday worksheets
