Why are IEP meetings only held on Fridays?

IEPs are held exclusively on Fridays because a principal designee must be in
attendance. Additionally substitute teacher must be in the regular education
teacher's classroom while the teacher attends the meeting. These people are
scheduled to be here on Fridays.
