I am beginning my thirteenth year of teaching at Bandelier Elementary. I have a BA in Philosophy.
After briefly teaching preschool I stayed home for a few years with my children. I then returned to
school and earned my teaching certificate. I taught fifth grade for one year, and taught kindergarten
for the last eleven years. This year I am looking forward to teaching first grade.
My husband and I have three children who attended neighborhood schools, and are now in college
here in New Mexico.
