Dear Family, December 16, 2009 Wow, our last week in school of 2009...time flies! Hope everyone has a safe and amazing winter break. Remember to read to your children, let them sleep in, take walks and enjoy each others company. Some reminders and updates- Winter Potluck Party-Friday, Dec. 18th 11:30-12:30 in the classroom, everyone welcome. Please bring a dish to share or drinks. People who stay and clean up a bit at the end are very appreciated! Please go to the office first for a visitor badge and if you would like to take your child home early, you must check them out at the office. In January, we will start work on skip counting by 2s to 20, 5s and 10s to 100 and 1 to 100 in preparation for 100 day celebration end of January, beginning of February. One of our students, Tylin Cloud, will be moving back to Minnesota over break. We will miss her terribly and wish her and her family the best! BOOK ORDER-I put in a book order Tuesday and fingers crossed, hopefully, it will be here by Friday to go home! Otherwise it will be here when we get back... Thanks for sharing your kiddos with us.
