Multi-Media Library Instructions for Staff (Can be done only from within school firewall).

From outside of school you can "search only" via the the main catalog search link for outside of school, and click on the Multimedia Library link at the bottom of the schools list).

1. On the Library Link, click on Bandelier and go to the "Login" box in the upper right corner.
2. The username is your employee number prefaced by E and enough zeroes to equal 9 digits.
3. Password is the same (e00.................).
4. Go to "Catalog" tab.
5. Unclick Bandelier and click the box in front of Multi-media library.
6. Search for your subject or title.
7. When you have found a video you want to request, click on "Book It" in the upper righthand corner.
8. Select the dates you want to use the video.
9. The video will be delivered to your school.
