After many years of particpating in the national RIF Program. this year Bandelier has lost its federal funding because we have fewer than 40% of students eligible for free and reduced lunch. In fact the entire RIF program for all schools is now in jeopardy through lack of federal budget support. See information on the RIF link below. The money the PTA has budgeted for RIF will be used for other homegrown litereacy events such as the poetry slam and author visits. Check here for additional forthcoming information.
