Week 1 August 24th - 28th Playground and School Rules Movement to Music Warm Up- Coach Jarvis will show a movie made by Mr. Beg's 5th grade class that outlines appropriate school, and playground behavior, and illustrates all of the fun things to do at recess. Then the classes will learn the routine for warming up in the gym.

Week 2 August 31st - Septhember 4th First week of actual PE Classes - please check your child's scheduled PE day on the class schedule page and try to make sure that they have good sneakers, and comfortable gym clothes on their PE day.

3-6 PE RULES - Go over rules and signals of PE class.

- Movement & Freeze Students will warm up with various gross motor movements (Skipping, Galloping, Running, Etc.)Learning how to move safely in the gym.

- Jump Rope - an introduction to single rope jump rope and discussion of the jump rope team.

- Roller Racers - FUN,FUN,FUN - Learning to operate and play tag on the roller racers.

K-2 - PE RULES - Go over rules and signals of PE class.
