Rusty is not shy. If you are within sniffing distance, he will assume you are his friend. If you have food, he will
assume you mean to share it with him. If you have papers in your hand, he might try to eat them. One time I had to
go with a student to talk to his teacher to verify the fact that Rusty had indeed eaten his homework. I like to think I
am a better teacher of humans than trainer of dogs. You'll have to judge for yourself!
