Change of clothes different than worn to school for academic classes.
Change of shirt, short, shoes.
Proper footwear is pertinent as we always run in some way for
training purposes. A shoe designed for style more than function is
not appropriate. A shoe with proper arch and ankle support is
best. Recommended types for outdoor/indoor work- running shoe,
trail running shoe, cross trainers. Recommended types for indoor
work - basketball or cross trainer. Chuck -Ts, DC's, Vans and the
like are never a good choice. Invest in a good pair of the above
recommended shoe, keep them in your bag, and you'll be set.
Perhaps a towel for those with grass
allergies. The towel may be kept in my office.
Water bottle.
All students must have a folder to keep materials in as well as a
notepad or notebook. These must be brought for journaling puproses
as will be explained the first week of class. |
