I teach middle school science and coach upper school cross country. Prior to
working at Bosque, I taught at St. Clement Episcopal Day School in El Paso,
Texas. There, I was outdoor education director and taught science, reading,
and math, and helped develop curriculum for those subjects. I am graduate of
the University of Texas at Austin, where I earned my B.S. in political
science with a minor in biology. I completed my M.A. in European history at
the University of Texas at El Paso. An avid outdoor enthusiast, I enjoy
backpacking, gardening, horseback riding, swimming, and canoeing.
To provide a bridge from field based science to the more formal laboratory
sciences taught in the upper school.
