This is my eleventh year teaching. I have been at Monte Vista for the last five
years and taught two years at Bandelier and one year at Pajarito. I have also
taught two years of 4th grade at an American international school in Venezuela.
I love teaching a social studies based curriculum which in the 5th grade is
U.S. history.
The mission for this class is to have a creative, inspiring, and positive
environment where all students work hard, feel safe and participate in class.
Every student has so many things they can bring to the class to make our
year a truly memorable one. The mission is to find those attributes and skills
in every student and give them a place to shine in our class!
