Postcard Exchange

For the fourth year my class will be participating in a Fifty State Postcard Exchange. My students in the past have really enjoyed this activity. We receive postcards from one teacher in each state. They write information about their states, cities, and schools. My class reads these and then we find the state and city they live in on our class map. We then send a New Mexico postcard to each state with information about our state, city and school.

We recieved our first postcard for 2008. It was from North Dakota.
