Is there homework?

Yes.  Every week assignments are given, vocabulary to study, and/or novels 
to be reading.

Do you accept late work?

In honors classes, NO.  In regular classes, yes, but not for full credit.

What about the semester final exams?

These are cummulative.  Start studying for 1st semester exam around 
Thanksgiving time and start studying for 2nd semester exam around Easter 
time.  These tests are 10% of your semester grade.

How do you grade?

15% homework, 20% papers/projects, 30% tests, 20% quizzes, 15% participation
