About The Teacher
I have been teaching Computer Literacy at CHS for about 6 1/2 years years. I have been teaching over 25 years in the Carson - Douglas County area. This year I will be teaching 5 classes of computer literacy. We will be learning Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite 2010 . Next Fall I will be teaching Medical Office I. This is a full year class. Mission
All students will leave this computer literacy with competant computer skills in applications such as Word,EXCEL,Powerpoint. Students will also be able to identify computer parts, components and understand the history of technology in our society. We will also cover safety on the internet and computer ethics. Students will additionally exit this class with competant keyboarding skills.
