There are many exciting things happening between now and the end of the year.  Go to Class Calendar to see some upcoming events and their dates.
Career Days are on April 3rd and 4th.  Students will have a chance to listen to some different people talk about their career choices.  It should be fun!

One of the upcoming events will be the school carnival.  Each class is responsible for a basket to be raffled off.  Our class voted for "owls".  So, if you find anything with an owl theme that we could include in the basket we would really appreciate a donation.  If you have a difficult time finding owls it could also have a bird theme.  Bird feeders, birdseed, wind chimes, books, beach towels, pool toys...these are just a few examples.  We already have garden spikes, a notebook, lunch box, wrapping paper, and an egg holder, pencil pack, and a beautiful owl blanket, to name a few. The carnival is next week so the sooner the better.  Thanks for your help!
Third graders will take their CRT tests on the 17th-19th.  Please be sure your child has a good night's sleep and a good, healthy breakfast.  Second graders will do alternate activities.
It is important that each student have their own headphones.  Without them the students will be limited in their activities.
I can't believe it is almost the end of the year.  What a great class!  They are respectful, kind, generous, and good friends to each other.  I couldn't ask for a better class!
