Welcome to Room 66

This website was created as a way to keep in touch with each other. At the bottom of each page is a link to email me. I will reply as quickly as possible. I hope you enjoy our Room 66 website. Any input on the website is welcome. 

Most of your questions can be answered by reading through the 1st grade policy letter as well as the
Forbuss policy handbook. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to email, call or send a note to school with your child.
Reminder:
      -  Homework goes home on Monday and is due on Friday. There is no reading log - just initial the front page of homework after your child reads nightly. Homework is both a Social Studies (civics) as well as a Learner Behavior grade. 
   - Accelerated Reader (AR) tests will now be counted towards a grade. 
   -  Friday's are Spirit Day - wear your Forbuss shirt or lanyard
   -  The winner of the In-N-Out lunch with teacher is "Button!" - Time: TBA

February 12 - Valentine's Day party
February 12-15 Interim testing
February 15 - President's Day - No school
February 18 - Lied's Discovery Museum - time TBA
February 19 - Staff Development Day - No School
